Probably the most important thing to remember is that whatever it is that you are doing - be it a test , new activity or performance - it is only a small part of what's going on in your life (although it might not feel like it at the time!). And do you know what? Lots of kids have told us that doing something that's scary at first can end up feeling really exciting and make you feel good about yourself afterwards.

But remember, if you try the things we have suggested and you still feel worried, make sure you talk to someone. You can call Kids Helpline on 1800 55 1800, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to talk about any kind of worries - big or small. We will listen to you and help you work out what else might help.
