Tough times (11 year old girl)
I had some tough times when I was eight. It'd been nearly six years since my parents had divorced and there was a lot of rivalry between the two. It felt like I had to choose sides. I broke down and told my mum everything. She told me to call Kids Helpline, so after hesitating a bit, I decided to do so. It was scary at first but then the counsellor made me laugh and we talked for ages and ages. It was inspirational.
