Dealing with rape

When I was 14, I was raped by a family member and it led to pregnancy. I became very depressed and suicidal. I ended up in the mental health unit where they helped and told me to ring Kids Helpline as they are there to listen. I rung Kids Helpline and they helped me deal more with it and I am glad they did. I still ring them when I am suicidal, but they helped me out, and I am glad I made the choice to ring them or I wouldn't be here today.
